Lena Moretti
Client Relations Manager
Lena Moretti is the Client Relations Manager of Rutherford Energy Ventures (REV), where she oversees client engagement, marketing coordination, and overall conference operations. She focuses on strengthening investor relationships and supporting firmwide communications and operational execution.
Prior to REV, Mrs. Moretti was the Office Manager and Client Relations Associate at QLS Advisors LLC (QLS), where she managed day-to-day office operations while leading marketing efforts and client interactions.
Earlier in her career, she served as a Senior Administrative Assistant at MIT Sloan School of Management, supporting faculty and academic program operations, and as Administrative Manager at NV5’s Boston office, where she led project administration and served as a key liaison across the firm’s Northeast offices.
She holds a B.A. in Political Science with a focus on international relations from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
