Nicole Sclafani is the Operations Manager of Rutherford Energy Ventures (REV), where she oversees day-to-day office operations.
She brings more than 20 years of operational experience across multiple industries, including finance, technology, sports management, and consulting. Ms. Sclafani plays a key role in ensuring operational excellence across the firm.
Prior to REV, she held executive assistant roles at Raptor Group Holdings and Analysis Group, where she managed complex scheduling, coordinated office operations, and executed corporate and personal events. She is known for her detail-oriented, adaptable, and highly organized approach to building efficient, well-run environments.
